Szervita Square

We provided Project & Cost Management services and Technical Supervision for the Developer, ORCO Group in relation to the refurbishment of the Car Park and Office premises located at Szervita Square, Budapest, Hungary.
The premises contained a 7 storey car park building and an 11 storey office building (6,369 m2) with on-site landscaping and paved areas. The scope of works included the turnkey construction of common areas and shell & core construction of tenant areas.
The Project was terminated by the Client following the closure of the construction tender procedure.
